Who else is getting their summer bod ready? I mean, once this pandemic is over, we’re ALL running to the beach, am I right?! Which is why I’m sharing 3 workout Instagram accounts you need to follow right now.
These babes have been helping me get in shape this past month, and I’m LOVING it.
To be honest, I’m not a gym rat. I hardly ever go. The gym, and all those machines are kind of intimidating, and if I’m being very real, they are super boring to me. It’s repetitive and I lose interest real fast. Walking on a treadmill for 45 minutes is just not my jam. Don’t get me wrong, I still do it. Just not as often as I maybe should?
I love a fast-paced workout, or yoga. Which I know, are two completely different workouts, but for some reason yoga has always been something I enjoyed doing. When I want to sculpt, I do more yoga. When I feel like I need to workout my heart and burn some extra calories, I go for more of the HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts.

This chick is a hottie with a body! She has quick 15 minute workouts on her page. If you’re into the HIIT workouts, she’s your gal! I’ve been obsessed with her workouts this entire month at home and mannnn I feel the burn the next day. She does not kid around! Check out her page and try some of her workouts. If you guys have been following me on Instagram, I’ve been sharing her workouts on my stories. They are KILLER! It’s the perfect workout Instagram account for motivation!
This is another badass babe who has been killing it! She shares quick at-home workouts right in her living room. You can do abs, bum, a full body burn, cardio, etc. They are quick and easy videos to follow along to. She also does fun 5-day challenges if you’re into that. Love her workouts and again, I feel the burn!
This chick has a rockin’ body! She is full of muscle and really knows what she’s doing. I love her quick yoga workouts. She shows a lot on posture as well, which is so important when doing yoga. Follow her if you want a good booty, major abs, and like Jen Aniston arms!
