"> FUN & SEXY HOLIDAY MAKE-UP TUTORIAL. | The Chic Confidential

Are you guys sick of seeing holiday content on the blog yet??

Another couple more weeks, and then I’ll get back to schedule, I promise. It’s just this time of year where I love to embrace the holiday season. I also don’t like Christmas shopping in the malls, so I’d rather spend my time writing.

Who still has Christmas shopping to do? I hope you’ve ALL resorted to online shopping, because HELLLO, it’s amazing. To be honest, I’ve had to run into the mall a couple times these last few days, and that’s only because they couldn’t deliver on time. I have a love/hate relationship with the mall around the holiday season. Love – the décor. I mean, the giant lit up Christmas trees are SO FUN. Seeing Santa and all the crazy kids with him, is also V cute. Hate – the crowds. I’d just rather NOT.

Anyway, I’m happy to say I will NOT be participating in any boxing day shopping, as I will be on a beach in 29-degree weather, in India. YASSS. What’s everyone doing for the holidays? Anyone else getting out of town?

Well, as the holiday parties begin to roll in, we need to get our GLAM ON. Get out your sequins dresses, and faux fur jackets, because that’s what the holidays are ALL about! No? I totally think so. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’ll rock a sequins dress all year round. No shame. I love my damn sequins.

Today on the blog, I’m sharing a simple, fun, and sexy make-up look. It’s not complicated, because we all know, I don’t do complicated. I like to spend a MAXIMUM of 25 minutes on my make-up. Preferably less. So grab your make-up kits and let’s go!

I’m breaking down the steps AND the make-up I’m using (linked below). Everything used in this video is by Elizabeth Arden, because they are BOSS in the skincare/make-up industry. I love playing around with different brands, and you know when something is working for me, I ALWAYS share.

Check it out:

{ Make-up used in the video }
Rose Hip Oil – Buhbli Organics
Bronzer – Flawless Finish Everyday Perfection Bouncy Makeup (This is actually a foundation that I used as a bronzer.)
Blush – Elizabeth Arden Cool Glow Cheek Tint ‘Pink Perfection’
Eye Brows – Elizabeth Arden Brow Shaper & Eyeliner ‘Brunette’
Mascara – Elizabeth Arden Grand Entrance Mascara ‘Stunning Black’
Lip Colour – Elizabeth Arden Plush Up Lip Gelato ‘Black Cherry’

Ok, so that’s the look?
What do you guys think? Easy right? I feel like ANYONE can do this, because I’m no make-up artist, so if I can do this look, you can too!
What other holiday content do you guys want to see on the blog? Should I do an outfit post? You know, ‘What to Wear to the Holiday Parties’ kind of thing?
Let me know!
Ok, it’s 7pm, and I’m about to pour myself some peppermint tea, and sink into the couch with some Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix.
Xx, kim
This post was in collaboration with Elizabeth Arden. As always, all opinions are my own.
