Honestly, since Covid, we’ve all resorted to sweat suits, and bath robes for our daily work wear. And as much as that sounds super comfy, cozy and wonderful, I really can’t get productive until I’m all dressed up.
And if we’re being real, I MISS DRESSING UP! There, I said it.
I miss putting on make-up in the mornings, curling my hair for work, slipping on a pair of heels for the day, and of course creating outfit options. I miss it all, and can’t wait till we can all dress up again.
But in the mean time, I’m still doing my best to get ready every morning so that I can have a productive day. There’s something very appealing about getting dressed up, having a face on, and a strong cup of coffee.
Anyone else feel that way?
Anyway, let’s jump right into this post, because it’s a goodie and you’re going to want ALL OF THESE PIECES.
CUTE WINTER OUTFITS YOU NEED:
THE SWEATER DRESS.
When it comes to winter outfits, nothing is chicer than a well-made sweater dress. I CANNOT get over how adorable this one is. I’ve searched high and low for cute sweater dresses that are the perfect length plus warm enough to wear outside, and this is it!
The material on this dress is thick so you don’t need to worry about underwear lines showing. I love that you can dress this up or down. I paired this dress with my slouch boots, which I love!
On a really cold day, you can throw on tights under this dress too, which look really cute. Pair with sneakers for a more casual look.
THE BLACK BLOUSE.

Okay, a good black blouse is needed all year round, not just for winter. But, it’s one of those staple pieces in your closet that you will continue wearing all the time. I have several good black blouses.
I recently got this one, and love the little details. The sleeves billow out from the elbow making the blouse super feminine and pretty. I also love the high neck and collar.
I paired this with a white work pant, but to style it more causally, you can wear it with jeans and sneakers. I actually love it tucked in with blue high-rise jeans. Super chic look.
THE MINI SKIRT.
Obsessed with this mini skirt! I totally think mini skirts are underrated for winter! They are SO very cute and can be worn with tights underneath for extra warmth.
This skirt isn’t super mini either. I’m 5’6 and the skirt comes a little higher than my knees. I love that you can wear this so many different ways. I paired it with a blazer and plain white top for a business-chic look. I also love this skirt with a graphic tee tucked in or a big sweater tucked in. Definitely a must-have for winter outfits!
Grab the skirt here! (I’m wearing a size 2 for reference)
THE PARTY DRESS.

Okay, I know we’re not “partying” this year, but who says we can’t still get dressed up for the holidays? This dress is so flirty and feminine, I love the colours, the length, the long sleeves, and just how flouncy it is.
Again, it’s a great transition pieces as it can be work all year round in my opinion.
The fabric is lightweight and it comes with a tie around the waist for a very flattering silhouette. You can pair with knee high boots or sneakers for a more casual look. I love pairing it with ankle boots to show off some leg.
THE PERFECT SWEATER.

Okay this sweater is everything and more! The perrrrfect winter outfit inspo! This is one of the comfiest sweaters I own. It’s a wool-blend that does not make you itchy. I promise!
I love the colour I chose as well, but if you want something more neutral, it comes in white, grey, or a soft green. The sleeves billow out a little as well giving it a fun little detail.
It’s SO warm and cozy, you’ll want to live in this all winter. You can pair it with so many different skirts for a more dressy look. I love it with the mini skirt as well or just blue jeans.

THE PUFFER JACKET.
Obviously if you live in Canada, you need a jacket for your winter wardrobe. I love this little puffer jacket. It’s super chic and warm enough for our Canadian weather.
It’s double-lined with two zippers for warmth. It also comes with a faux-fur lined hood. I love the length of this puffer. It also has a detachable belt which its super flattering.
Those are my cute winter outfit picks you guys. I hope you love the picks as much as I do. Ever New has been my go to for chic wear lately. I love their modern styles, the variety, and most importantly, how well-made their clothing is. I have pieces from years ago that I still wear.
Also, the coats are to die for!! I have actually never seen nicer coats! So make sure you browse that section.
Okay, which is your favourite look? Share in the comments!
Xx, kim
