I want to go in-depth and share with you guys my Botox experience so far. I got botox for forehead wrinkles. I’ve been doing it for a year now, and I feel like I need to share the details, why I keep going back for more, and overall how my skin/forehead wrinkles have been since doing Botox.
If you’ve been following my Botox journey on Instagram, then you know I’ve been loving it.
Listen, I’m not here to convince you that you need botox. In fact, before you resort to botox, fillers, or anything of that sort, make sure your skincare routine is tip top!
I’m a BIG fan of an elaborate skincare routine. Skincare has always been a HIGH priority for me. I love my facials, peels, microneedling, facial masks, oils, you name it! And I’m never too tired to do a full face routine at the end of my nights.

Anyway, if you’re interested to know why I decided on Botox for my forehead wrinkles, head to this post. I break it down for you. (There’s a before and after pic).
Okay, here’s the latest video from my last Botox appointment.
DISCLAIMER: If you don’t like needles, don’t watch the video. Also, I shot this video pre-Covid, which is why no one is wearing masks…
I’m all about PREVENT, PREVENT, PREVENT.
Here’s my thoughts on Botox, k?
We’re all going to age no matter what. But why not do it gradually and gracefully with simple preventative measures?
Botox for my forehead wrinkles is something I ALWAYS knew I’d dabble with someday. All throughout my late 20s I thought about it. I was never against it, nor did I ever judge anyone who got Botox done. I saw a few forehead wrinkles coming in and upped my skincare game at this point.
When I turned 30, I thought more and more about it. However, I only got it done for the first time when I turned 32. If I had to go back in time, I would’ve started Botox at 30. No regrets, but just sharing how I feel here.
Since getting Botox done, I feel amazing. I feel like I did something for myself that I truly wanted to do. Nothing and no one was holding me back. A BIG question a lot of people were asking me was, how Andrew felt about me getting Botox done. And the answer is simple. He supported whatever I wanted to do with my face. This isn’t something we sat down and discussed. It’s Botox for forehead wrinkles. I’m not getting a facelift… (although, if that’s your jam, then all the power to you, sis).
The stigma around Botox makes me laugh now that I’ve had it done. It’s really no big deal. And the more and more I talk about it, the less “scary” it becomes for everyone.
Anyway, I wanted to share this video with you guys to continue talking about Botox and any cosmetic procedures for that matter. Let’s not hide behind the needles. I’m certainly not ashamed of it. In fact, I’m looking forward to aging SUPER gracefully.
If you want the FULL breakdown on my first Botox experience, read this post.
Also, I have to shout out my Botox gal, Morvarid at Radford Studio. She’s the BEST of the BEST. Shes stunning and very knowledgeable on cosmetic procedures. DM her if you’re interested. She can be found at @gta_cosmetic_nurse on Instagram. They are located in Yorkville.
Bottom line – Botox for my forehead wrinkles have been amazing. I will totally continue doing it.
Have you had Botox? Thinking about getting it? I would love to hear your thoughts on it. And of course, if you have any questions, feel free to email me or DM me on Instagram.
Xx, kim
