When it comes to my skin, I invest – time & money. Which is why I want to chat about a beauty tool I’m obsessed with and seriously cannot live without.
And for once, I’m not talking about the ice roller. HAHA. Don’t get me wrong, I love my ice roller, jade roller, Gua Sha, etc. But this beauty tool is exquisite, expensive, luxurious, and one worth investing in.
The Glo Pro Microneedler (or derma roller) Tool.
GUYS, I do this twice a week, and oh my goshh, my skin loves, LOVES it!! I actually used this beauty tool on my skin two days before I got married and my skin has never looked better.
I did an IGTV on the exact facial I did before my wedding. You can check it out here.
So let’s get into some specifics. Like what is microneedling, and why you need to be doing this?
WHAT IS MICRONEEDLING?
Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that’s used to treat skin concerns via collagen production. It’s also known as collagen induction therapy. Microneedling can also help to reduce the appearance of acne scars and even stretch marks. It’s known to boost collagen and elastin in your skin which in turn reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
MICRONEEDLING HAS BEEN PROVEN TO SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVE THE FOLLOWING SKIN PROBLEMS:
- Rough skin texture
- Wrinkles
- Fine lines
- Crow’s feet
- Laugh lines
- Surgical scars
- Acne scars
- Chicken pox scars
- Large pores
- Sun damaged skin
- Aging skin
- Stretch marks
Personally, I love to do this at night time. My skin is inflamed, it’s hot, it’s red, so I just want to go to bed after. You definitely don’t want to wear any make-up after using this beauty tool. It’s tiny needles that are pricking your skin, so obviously you don’t want anything clogging up your pores. Just like when you go for a facial, you shouldn’t wear make-up for 24 hours. You want your skin to breath and absorb all the goodness you’re giving it when microneedling.
MICRONEEDLING STEPS:
STEP 1: Cleanse face and pat dry.
STEP 2: Use a mild toner all over your skin.
STEP 3: Roll GloPRO Microneedling Tool across targeted areas of the face in vertical, horizontal and diagonal directions for 60 seconds total, no pressure needed.
STEP 4: Spend a few extra seconds if desired on spot treatments such as nose-to-mouth lines, pores next to nose or stubborn stress wrinkles.
STEP 5: Follow with a serum, and then moisturizer to cool down the skin.

Oh, and I should mention – none of this is sponsored. Just a beauty tool I think everyone should know about. I’ve been using this for over 5 years now, and it’s a game changer for my skin. Especially since Covid happened and we weren’t able to go get facials.
Also, there are lots of cheaper microneedlers out there, and I don’t really recommend it. This kind of thing should be done by professionals at a proper medical facility, however, the Beauty Bio team created this tool for people to use at home. It was made by professionals to microneedle safely. Using cheaper tools can damage the skin permanently, leaves scars, tear/break your skin.
Like I said, this tool is expensive. It’s an investment and one I think is 100% worth it. My skin looks youthful, bouncy, glowy, and dewy. You guys will love this tool!
