Let’s talk SKIN – because you know I love this topic. In this post I’m focusing on affordable skincare products that work! Because we don’t always need to spend tons of $$$ on skincare products.
I feel like you guys are always asking about my skincare routines, what products I use, which are my favorite brands, and what’s working for me? I want to start sharing on video, the products I love and use. I feel like you can really tell my passion for some of these products through video better. HAHA. I filmed a video on the weekend with 5 affordable skincare products that work. I’m going into detail about why I use them, and what they’re good for.

Some products fade very quickly because they just aren’t doing me any good, and other stick around because something is working. WUT UP ICE ROLLER! Once I’ve tried a product for a while, and start to really love it, that’s when I’ll share it on the blog. And then you’ll usually NEVER stop hearing about it, because I become obsessed and kind of want you ALL to try/use it. Does that make sense?

I mean, I feel like the ice roller needs NO explanation. I’ve talked about this A LOT. Ice facials are super popular, but also super expensive. Having an ice roller handy is just so much easier. You pop it out of the freezer and roll away for a couple minutes. In 5 minutes you feel tighter, more awake, refreshed, and energized. If you need more info on the ice roller, check out this post.
I’ve been using this AMAZING oil for months now. It’s made my skin so glowy an dewy, which I love, of course. Elizabeth Arden makes products that truly understand women’s skin issues. I feel like she just gets it. You know? I’ve never really used an Arden product that I didn’t like, to be honest. This miracle oil really is a miracle. And not just for your face, but also for your hair and body. I love this on my skin. It’s also perfect for traveling because you don’t have to take three different products.
IT Cosmetics Illumination Concealer
This concealer has been a lifesaver. It’s one of the ONLY concealers that can get rid of my dark circles. Yes, I use other concealers, but the coverage on this one is on point. If I want something lighter on my skin for an everyday look, I don’t usually use this one. This concealer is mainly for photoshoot and events.
This is an Amazon product I’ve been using for a while now. They are super cheap and they work SO WELL. Bye bye dark circles! Seriously. We all know collagen is KWEEN when it comes to our skin. It’s basically what keeps us from aging. As you get older, you start to lose the collagen in your skin, and therefore you start showing signs of….wrinkles. KILL ME. Which is why I say…collagen is KWEEN. This eye mask is filled with collagen. It’s also gold and just so cute.
I mean, give me ALLLLL the masks. Cause I can’t get enough. (& neither can Andrew) Clay masks, mud masks, sheet masks, I’m into them ALL. Hydration is also key for keeping your skin looking youthful. And masks are all about keeping it tight and hydrated. I love these sheet masks by For Beloved Girl. They have every kind of mask for every kind of skin problem. So, SO good.

I’ve seen those gold eye masks and I hear rave reviews. Really need to bite the bullet and just buy them already ? For the face masks, I def recommend the Tonymoly makgeoli (rice wine) mask. I buy them at Ulta but you can also buy them online elsewhere.
