Back From Sydney + My Holiday Look.

I’m baaaack!! And can I add, SO jet lagged!! It’s almost 4am here, and what else do you do when you’re this jet lagged? Obviously write your next blog post!
So, Sydney was AMAZING! I can’t wait to tell you guys all about it in my Sydney wrap-up post. I have tons to share. All the best beaches to see, things to do on a short trip to Sydney, etc. It’s such a beautiful city and it’s got such character! I can’t wait to share!!
But for now, let’s talk about this holiday look, shall we? I know, you guys are probably thinking, Christmas is over, why are we talking about holiday looks? But, in my family, and I’m sure a lot of you guys, still celebrate till after the New Year. No? I still have a ton of family gatherings and outings, which is why I’m posting this very chic holiday look.

I’m not about your typical holiday red dress, red shoes, red lips look…
I love a look that’s not obviously Christmas-y. You know? Which is why I threw this look together. In my opinion, it’s perfect for the holidays and it’s not like in-your-face. A simple, yet chic black dress. Nude pumps. A statement blazer. We all know my obsession with leopard print, so naturally I went with that. And a red lip. (The subtle Christmas-y look).
What do you guys think? How festive you do you get with your holiday outfits? Share below!
Ps. I’m so happy to be back and blogging again. Sydney was a GREAT break, but I missed you guys! Many of you followed along on Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat (kim-marquis)! Thanks for keeping up!
