The Most Amazing Stuffed Peppers.

Okay, get excited for the most delicious stuffed peppers of your life! I fell in love with this recipe the first time I made these. Is it my recipe? Hell no! I shall not take credit for this. However, I have become quite the expert in making these. 
As I have mentioned in many, many posts before, I am no cook. Cooking doesn’t come easily to me, however, I believe that with a lot of practice, you can actually become quite good at it. 
Sundays, for me are the perfect day to run my errands, do some house chores, and finally, look into a good recipe to cook. Instead of me giving you the long recipe of what to do, I’m going to go through a few steps quickly, and then just show you guys the video on how to make these amazing stuffed peppers. 
Step One: Get really excited when looking for a recipe! I mean, were about to make stuffed peppers!! What’s not to get excited about??

For those of you who don’t like to follow long and boring recipes, you may want to check out They have really great, short videos that show you how to make basically anything from start to finish. I’ve made so many great dishes from this website. 

Step Two: Get a whole bunch of peppers. I love getting a few of every colour. This just makes the plate more pretty 🙂

Step Three: Chop the tops off your peppers and scoop out the insides. Place them in an oven-safe dish. These will eventually go into the oven for an hour. 

Step Four: Cook your meat. I normally use Extra Lean Ground Turkey. You can of course use any kind of ground meat you like. In the video that I show you, they put very few spices. I like my food flavourful, so before cooking the meat, I chopped up an entire onion and a few cloves of garlic. I also added a fajita mix to spice things up even more. 
Step Five: Cook some rice. Any kind of rice you like. Brown rice, white rice, long grain wild rice, whatever. They will all taste amazing! Once the rice and meat are cooked, mix them together. Add some tomato sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to it. 

Step Six: Lastly, add the mixed meat and rice to your peppers. Stuff them as much as possible. Top them up with any leftover tomato sauce. You can even put some cheese on top. 
Bake on 350 degrees for an hour, take them out, let them cool for about 10 mins, and ENJOY!
